1. General

The present terms and conditions of D and Tsa. Bt., ESD product sales contract, ESD service contract, if any, and all other documents related to the sale of ESD products. Any terms and conditions other than our terms and conditions of sale and delivery may only be accepted in writing.

 

2. Submit an offer and place an order

Our tenders are subject to the rules on the period of validity of the tender. The first order will only be considered accepted upon written confirmation or execution. A written order submitted may be accepted if it contains the following minimum information: customer’s company details, delivery address, product code/item number, quantity, unit price, offer ID. We can only accept orders in Hungarian and/or English. You can place your orders by filling in the form for the services concerned.

 

3. Order process

  • The User can access the current training packages at https://esdstudy.com/. If you require more information than is available on the Website, please contact us using one of the contact details above.
  • If, despite all the care taken by the Service Provider, an incorrect price is indicated on the Website, in particular a price that is obviously incorrect, the Service Provider is not obliged to provide the educational package at the incorrect price, but may offer the correct price, in the knowledge of which the User may withdraw his/her intention to participate.
  • To access the service, registration is required, which can be done by e-mail or by filling in the registration form. Registration requires the following information: first name, last name, e-mail address, telephone number, billing address. By submitting the registration, the User accepts all the provisions of these GTC and the Privacy Policy available on the Website.
  • Registration for the service is non-transferable by default, and the person whose name is given when registering can use the education system. An exception to this is if the User and the Service Provider agree in writing on the transfer.
  • After receipt of the application, the Service Provider will send a confirmation to the e-mail address provided by the User during registration, containing the application details and billing information.
  • The Service Provider shall not be liable in any case where the confirmation is not received in time because the User has provided an incorrect e-mail address during the registration or because the storage space of the account is full and cannot receive the message.

 

4. Payment terms

  • When ordering the service, the User may pay the participation fee in advance by bank transfer, credit card.
  • Online payments by credit card are made through the OTP SimplePay system.
  • If the User initiates the transfer from an account in a currency other than EUR, the conversion and other bank charges are borne by the User. Please make your transfer with this in mind so that the purchase price is received in full in the Service Provider’s bank account.
  • The date of payment of the purchase price shall be the date on which the purchase price is credited to the Service Provider’s bank account. Once the amount has been received, the User will receive an electronic invoice by e-mail.

 

5. Confirmation

Within 4 working days of receipt of the order, we will send a formal Confirmation to the Customer. If the Customer does not make a complaint about the content of the Confirmation within 2 working days of receipt of the Confirmation, the order will be considered final and the content of the order cannot be modified or can only be modified for an additional fee.

 

6. Withdrawal from the contract

If the customer is not satisfied with the service, he/she can notify the service provider by sending an email to esdmail@esdstudy.com

 

7. Privacy policy

The Service Provider will treat the personal data in its possession confidentially and will use it only as set out in the Privacy Policy on the Website. Our detailed Privacy Policy can be found on our Website: https://esdstudy.com/privacy-policy/

 

8. Technical information

After your order has been placed and payment has been received, we will send you the web address of the e-learning training system, the login username and password, and the user guide to the email address you have provided.

The system can be accessed via a web browser. Once logged in, you can view the training materials by clicking on the tile labelled “My courses”.
The availability time of the course materials after the entry information has been sent:

1 year – If you choose “ESD general knowledge”, “ESD advanced knowledge” and “Complex ESD training package” options
2 year – If you choose “Complex ESD training package + obtainable certificate” option.

 

9. Details of examination opportunity

If you purchase “Complex ESD training package + obtainable certificate” option, a successful exam is required to obtain the certificate, which takes place using the e-learning system and consists of answering 30 multiple-choice questions. You have 4 weeks available to take the exam after sending the login details, including the completion of the training modules. After this specified time the opportunity to take the exam will be closed. To pass the exam you must answer at least 90% of the questions correctly. You can attempt the exam a maximum of two times; if the first attempt is unsuccessful, you have 5 days from the next day to retake it. After this period of time or after 2 failed exams the opportunity to take the exam is also closed.

In case of a successful exam, the participant will receive a certificate valid for 2 years, with a unique serial number, which can be downloaded in PDF format via the training system. You can contact us at the email address esdmail@esdstudy.com for further examination opportunities and help.
